Recall appointment
The worst ever, Kelly should not be a supervisor! She told me the recall only takes 20-30 mins per her Tech and that is why I dropped my car off @1030AM with making sure they knew I needed it back no later than 2pm. I let 4 hrs. go by before calling and she told me my car was taken apart and would not be done, once I told her they are leaving me stranded she offered a rental from Enterprise, got there they did not have a car for me, I had to go back in forth to get a little Nissan. Kelly lied to me over and over I received a text @ 3:49pm from Carson saying my car will need parts that they won't have until Wednesday. THIS TURNED INTO MY CAR BEING THERE ALL WEEK OVER A SO CALLED 20-30 MIN RECALL PART APT! I also had to be home to get my daughter off the school bus and all Kelly kept saying was "It's fine", ITS NOT FINE IF I TOLD YOU MY CAR CAN'T BE THERE ALL DAY!!! NEVER AGAIN.....
