LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES!!!
My 2019 Tucson has ONLY ever been serviced by Freehold Hyundai (or has it?)
I say this because I am beginning to have doubts that they ever fixed anything.
Once again, my Tucson is blowing driver’s side brake lights even AFTER a new wiring harness and bulb was installed a mere 5 months ago.
Paperwork from January states an OEM bulb was installed, yet when it blew and went in for service on 6/20/24, they claim the problem was the fact that it wasn’t a factory bulb?!?!
The service manager even said “we must have put in a non-OEM bulb last time” WHAT?!??
Unfortunately, I’ll have to go back up there and bring this to their attention yet again and listen to more of their backpedaling.
I’ll wait for Corporate to contact me again after they read our Customer Satisfaction Survey…if I even get one since their computers were down.

Quick Buying Process
We had a great experience and Matt (Carlin) listened and accommodated.
My husband was dreading the whole buying process but we were in and out in under 3 hours which included looking at a few cars and test driving.

Purchased another Tucson
Recently purchased another hyundai vehicle from Matthew Carlin. This is the fifth vehicle we have purchased in the last six years from him and wouldn't buy from anyone else. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable, helpful, no pressure, and honest. He makes car buying pleasant and easy. No stress. Just an easy and pleasurable experience. Matt is the best!!

Buy Elsewhere - Don't Be Lied to and OVERPAY
I strongly recommend people consider shopping for a Hyundai at a different dealership. The sale tactics, pressure and lies from your "friendly" salesperson and sales managers are quite disturbing.

I was in need of multiple vehicles this week. The pressure to make a decision before others interested in your vehicle buy it was significant. Their lies about the price structure was most disturbing. On my subsequent visit for a 2nd vehicle, a couple of days later, I sensed that the pressure and lies about the pricing were too significant. As I drove home, I called another nearby Hyundai dealer. I told them the model and trim I was looking at elsewhere, and after two short [under 5-minute calls] I got not only the price I wished to pay for the vehicle, but below that price! This is after Freehold Hyundai said that they were losing significantly on the 1st vehicle purchased and we were asking for a price that was not feasible.

In two under 5-minute calls to a different dealership, I obtained the same car / trim for about $3,000 less than the "bottom-line" price at Freehold Hyundai. $3,000!!!

Don't waste your time, be manipulated and lied to. Go elsewhere.

I am 78 years old and of all my car purchases Mat Carlin has provided best service ever
Mat Carlin has gone above and beyond helping us with purchase of our Tucson. He answered all hour questions about car. He is extremely knowledgeable about Tucson. He even gave my wife a tutorial on car operation. We would never purchased without Mat's input.

"Next Level" customer service! Highly recommend.
This dealership really knows how to provide 'next level' customer service. Most buying experiences are stressful.. but not here. We had the absolute pleasure working with our salesman Matt and he helped us get into a new Genesis GV70. Matt is an amazing human being with a ton of knowledge on the vehicles. He is patient, explaining all the ins/outs of the vehicle, has a great personality and was not pushy throughout the entire experience. Clay and Ephram (in finance) were amazing as well.
I highly recommend Matt, and kuddos to the entire dealership for your service and support throughout the entire process. You guys get it and I appreciate all your efforts to change the car buying experience.

Excellent sales
I drove 4 hours to get here, with one vehicle I wanted. The sales team (Matt and Kevin), and manager Brian were awesome. They did everything possible to get me in this vehicle, with a not so good trade, so that I didnt have to drive all the way back. The 4 hour drive home in my new (slightly used) Genesis was great (even with the traffic). Thank you, highly recommend. Scott
