Never been treated more rudely.
Tried to make sure my maintenance insurance was good to go before the appt and was told yes by 3 different people it was. Was getting ready to get my car only to be told I owed $150. Basically the rude service man told me it wasn't and could have cared less. Spent 4 hours there trying to iron it out myself and finally they decided to get rid of the distraught woman outside. Met some lovely, kind people while waiting. Thankfully I'll never have to go back there for service ever again!
