Unconscionable business practices
These people are unconscionable.

I walked in to Fred Beans Subaru to purchase a manual transmission sedan on Good Friday (not sure why they were working to begin with, but whatever.) I spoke with a nice man who agreed to look at financing options for me while I visited my cousin.

I stopped in at the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram on my way back and discussed with Zach any manual sedans that they would have. He was super helpful until I asked him to call the man from Subaru, so that they didn't have to double the financing work. He wouldn't do that. I asked three times.

Then I said it might just be easier for me to speak to the manager to sort it out. Everyone in the store turned on me in an instant, when all I had planned to explain was that I'd visited the Subaru, that Zach was helping me out a ton, and I wanted to save him time.

Long story short, they called the cops on me 3 times and I'm now banned from Fred Beans. GG. At least Dominique from HR listened to me, before also calling the cops on me.

Terrible sales agents
Avoid this dealership at all costs! This place is the most unprofessional car dealer ship even by car dealership standards. My wife and I received an email scam and then their dealer KYLE started texting my wife aggressive insults and upsetting her, this is completely unprofessional and I can’t believe a company this big would employ such a piece of literal trash, he deserves to be fired, the text conversation was disgusting and uncalled for and if this is the way they do business they will never sell another car again. They try scam practices like saying get this car for this price and when you get there they say “oh someone just drove off with it”. It’s a predatory practice and they have no right being in business

Poor service
A simple 5 minute diagnostic evaluation would have saved me 3 weeks of a paid rental car. Having my vehicle sit at the dealership for 3 weeks and then not to be able to honor the appointment day was totally unacceptable. Will not return to buy or service any vehicle.

Everyone that I have dealt with has been very courteous and professional. When I had an issue with the modem in my car, they had to order a part. Professional, efficient and friendly service is always a feature at Fred Beans Hyundai.
I arrived and my service representative was waiting with all the information and the appropriate paperwork. He immediately communicated what was going to happen and a bout how long it would take. He offered coffee and informed me of other items that I could access as I waited. The service was completed as discussed. I was given a complete rundown of what was done and alerted to items that would likely require attention at the next service interval. I have complete confidence when I have my car serviced there.
