Long repair times
This dealer will take 2 days just to evaluate your car and then another 3 or 4 to make the proper repairs and when for obvious reasons you ask for a loaner guess what? They will put you on an infinite wait list that will take even longer and suggest you to contact corporate to file for a reimbursement rental program but corporate will take at least a week to evaluate if they can approve you for that program. So I don’t know why they do not make a contract with a rental company or find a way to not leave their customers with out a way to continue with daily needs! Very very dissatisfied
