Exceptional Customer service
I would like to thank your company for having excellent personnel in the sales department, I had excellent customer service experience when dealing with Mr. Wells, excellent support and very knowledgeable in all automobiles make, model and products. Chris Wells answer all questions and concerns I had during my visit at the dealership.

He also provided timely and helpful advice regarding vehicle I was searching for. He let me know all the important information regarding vehicle including its features. He was extremely attentive, and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. is a critical requirement for me. He has a caring approach; he is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude for an amazing experience. I would especially like to commend Chris for his professionalism and superlative skills.

My experience at Frank Hyundai
I loved this place! I went in to look around and the sales people were very professional and actually did not pressure me which is one reason I don't like going to look for cars. But they made me feel confortable the whole time and just checked up on me once in a while. When I had questions they explained everything to me at a level I could understand and showed me the different features. Prices are excellent and I would recommend Frank Hyundai to my family and friends.

Long repair times
This dealer will take 2 days just to evaluate your car and then another 3 or 4 to make the proper repairs and when for obvious reasons you ask for a loaner guess what? They will put you on an infinite wait list that will take even longer and suggest you to contact corporate to file for a reimbursement rental program but corporate will take at least a week to evaluate if they can approve you for that program. So I don’t know why they do not make a contract with a rental company or find a way to not leave their customers with out a way to continue with daily needs! Very very dissatisfied

The representative was good.
The prices were a bit steep, but the person who was helping me was very informative and gave me options on what kind of service to conduct in my vehicle so I wouldn’t break the bank.

My most recent visit was probably the best service I received at Hyundai in the last 10 years. The intake person was very friendly and accommodating and I really appreciated how helpful and friendly Kaitlyn was with updates and explanations
