Excellent buying experience
We bought a new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited hybrid. I did my research on prices and came to Fontana Hyundai with an offer from another dealer. Stevie Lopez was our sales person, and she did an outstanding job showing us all the vehicles available, showing us how everything worked, and went with us for a test drive. She explained that the number person was her boss, Benjamin Veruzco. He came in to talk numbers, Stevie had printed the window invoice sticker for us, and based on the offer from the other dealer, he matched our discounted price, after showing his manager the other offer. He did try to upsell us on the dealer installed accessories, which I flatly refused--so they accepted our final offer. I got an $500.00 cash down for being a veteran.
He brought in the finance options, which we accepted. Alfonso Morales in the finance department was thorough and explained all that we signed
We were very happy with our purchase. BTW--my son also has a Hyundai and is very happy with all his servicing that is done at Fontana Hyndai.
