Please do not go here at all they are a scam and shitty, shady, sub standard cannot describe that work. Did some service and alignment with filter changes and my bill was $795.41. My car is worse than I brought it. I just got my tires not too long he stared telling me how I need to change the tires because the alignment will not be very good. My car is worse off!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE.

Dishonest Business
I had a low pressure warning on the driver side rear tire and took my car to Flex Auto. They found a nail about 1 inch into the tread and said it was too close to the sidewall to plug. They asked me to leave the car overnight and they would order and instll a new tire the next day. We called later the next day to see if it was ready and they said it was and they had called multiple times. However we were home and they never left a message. When I picked the car up they said they replaced the pressure sensor which was working fine when I dropped the car off. Then they claimed they balanced all four tires and realigned the front end which I had not approved or was needed. Bottom line they charged $2497 and replaced the existing Michelin tire with a lower quality Dunlop tire. Manager is a liar and thief. Avoid at all costs.

Be wary of this business. I went in for two new tires. They had my car all day and then presented me with a $1400 bill for work that I did not authorize, nor did they do. I took my car to my usual mechanic and they said there were no signs of any additional work done. There are set guidelines for how long a repair should take and an auto shop cannot arbitrability charge what it wants or claim it took X amount of hours to complete the repairs. It can only charge their hourly rate for the time legally permitted to make those repairs. I am currently filing legal charges against them per the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act. The Texas' Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) makes it illegal for a repair shop to:
Knowingly make a false or misleading statement about the need for parts, replacement or repair service;
State that work has been done or parts were replaced when it is not true;

Scam
Do not use this place! My son was charged $6200 for work done on his vehicle and the vehicle still doesn’t run! We had to tow the vehicle to our house! The vehicle was in his shop for 3 months. Instead of providing me with receipts and additional paperwork that I have requested, he blocked me! How professional is that?!

Went to get a tire fixed and this jerk would not let my truckm down unless i paid him $754'79 for a single tire installed. The guy is total ripoff and dishonest. Do NOT go here.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Stay away! I stumbled on this shop after getting a flat on I-10. I thought it was a nail but no my alignment was bad and ate my two front tires. Shop manager said I’ll sell you two tires and give you an alignment. Since it was 5:30 and I needed my car I said ok. That’s were it all went south. I was sold 2 Kelly tires, average retail for these is 120, I was charged 250 each! Also was charged 80 to mount them and 160 to balance all tires! Never asked or was told about balancing my 2 good tires. Was charged 190 for an alignment that was not performed, I watched through the window into the shop. Then the manager cones into the waiting room with a broken tire pressure sensor. Says oh here’s another problem you have broken sensors. Not thinking I said ok change them. That was almost 600. When they finished I was presented a bill of 1700!!!! After leaving it hit me, my car is not even equipped with tire sensors!! The next day I went to another shop. Flex auto put the wrong size tires! Also there were no sensors on the tires as well! Tots scam. Needless to say now I have to dispute the charge and file a small claims court petition. I am also filing complaints with the Texas ag, bbb, ase, and Goodyear tire. If you value your hard earned money avoid this shop! Don’t believe me? Just look at similar reviews. If I was not in an emergency situation I would have done my research and found a reputable shop. If you choose this shop remember you have been warned!!! I’ve seen others mentioning legal action. Do not use these crooks
Taking advantage of elderly people. I just saw a customer who was charged over $11,000 in repairs over the past 2 weeks The clients vehicle is not worth this amount. This is being reported to news channels and authorities. I hope they get exposed for taking advantage of the elderly who do not understand this type of fraud.

Price gouging
The owner quoted me $1400 on labor and said he would call me about obtaining a part that i could have sourced for $200. Never received a call. Job was done a few days later and my bill was just under $2900! The part he sourced cost $700.
I ended up taking car to another shop for unrelated work, they said they would have done the job with the part for $750.
Save your money and take your car somewhere else, or get fooled like me.
