Communication was non-existent during the time my car was in the shop for repairs. I was told that I would be contacted with updates regarding the progress of repairs but no one called. In addition, the repairs, which were very minor, took longer than estimated, meaning that I was without my car over a weekend. Interestingly, I have received numerous calls since my car has been returned to obtain feedback on the service. If only some of that time could have been spent on contact with me while the car was at the shop. Repairs seem to be completed adequately. Knowing how long repairs are taking is a priority for me which is reason for rating.
