Fricking Crooks. Will never use them again
My wife scheduled an alignment for our truck and soon as they saw it they felt they had to create another, add on repair. My regular mechanic had just done that same work not long ago, so they were saying they needed to replace something that was basically new. Damn crooks. My mechanic said that he normally sends all his alignment work to Fisk and this same thing happened to a few of his other clients and when he heard about this, that was the last straw, he said he will no longer make any more referrals to Fisk. I'll never take any of my auto work to them. They can't be trusted. On top of that, shop supplies and hazmat? My uncle was a mechanic and he bought his own supplies. Stop passing the buck. Damn crooks.

I will keep going there until the end of time.
They do want needs to be done in a quick amount of time.
They are friendly and will talk to you on things you do or people you know.
April or May they will be putting a set of 4 tires on my jeep.

Incorrect service
Have brought my truck there for every oil change and tire rotation since buying the truck only to find out on the last visit they were not putting in the type of oil I instructed them to use and the tires where not rotated on the last visit. Schedualed a transmission and differential fluid change on my wife's car two week prior to the visit on 3/29/23. Only for them to call an hour later to tell use they can't do the fluid change and it had to go to the dealership for this service. For a 6 year old car, this wouldn't be new information. Why schedual a service you can't do and waste a customer's time? Will not be returning.

Sorry for the miscommunication on the oil change.  We should be asking what kind of oil you want in your vehicle every time.  I will talk to the service writers and make sure we correct this.  As far as the fluid in the transmission is concerned.  Our fluid that we have in our flushing machine works for most vehicles.  When we took the appointment, we did not know that your vehicle took a specific kind until we got the vehicle in.  Again, very sorry for wasting your time.  Thank you for your feedback, we will use this information to get better.

Tire rotation
Was a little overdue for tire rotation, had 9:00 appt, got there early, service tech took my vehicle in and I was out of there at 9:03. Very prompt and polite service.

Always attentive
The staff at Fisk always are kind and polite. I feel very welcomed there. I do the think addition of a coffee table in the center of the waiting area would be a nice touch.

light bulb replacement.
Good service. Seems kinda expensive for a simple light bulb replacement, but it was quick and efficient.

Called Fisk for a quote and Kevin gave me the best idea without looking at the car, dropped the car off on a Wednesday and was told the soonest they had openings was that Friday but if they had cancellations they would take a look. Got a call 3 hours later with the diagnosis and news that this part was actually under recall and the fix was free if I got the car to a dealership. Had all contact information ready for me including information of a local towing company.
I was not a prior customer but will be happy to have vehicles serviced where staff will help anyway even if it doesn’t mean getting paid themselves.
