Matt, I am very sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service. I have spoken with the manager and the technician who looked at your vehicle. They informed me that you had replaced parts on your car and wanted the alignment performed. The technician noted that there was play in the inner tie rod ends and offered to bring you in to the shop to show you. You declined and said you would figure out if you could get the parts warrantied. I also looked to see what you were charged for the inspection and it was $80 not $90. Our evening technician had an emergency and had already left when you had called. My manager said he offered to get you in right away the next morning but you declined.
