The experience was lengthy with vague updates. I was never provided an estimated repair completion date. The paint quality was fine but the door installation was not with a very noticeable wind noise. There were scratches on several locations that were not caused by the accident and were not there when we dropped the vehicle off. It was overall a very frustrating experience.
