The experience was lengthy with vague updates. I was never provided an estimated repair completion date. The paint quality was fine but the door installation was not with a very noticeable wind noise. There were scratches on several locations that were not caused by the accident and were not there when we dropped the vehicle off. It was overall a very frustrating experience.

O lol but not great.
Thw time to get it done was exactly what was quoted. However I have to take it back tk get the job finished due to things not being done correctly. The person that handed off the car said we would need to come back. Upon further inspection there were more issues.

Subaru Forrester fix
I hit a deer and it took out the front bumper pretty much but they left the scratches on my fender. Not sure why they were left. But otherwise did a good job on my car. Even detailed it for me which was nice.
