Mom's Car!
Hello, Just putting it out there facts are the best!!! That's what you get at First Class!! Can't thank them enough.... Mom's car wasn't putting out heat, well a shade tree mechanic said it's the thermostat, well after breaking a bolt then breaking the housing too the motor, it was jacked up!!! I called spoke with Brandon, who helped and guided us through the whole ORDEAL.. First Class sent a tow truck to Mom's 83 year's young, picked her car up... I told them no hurry, So Brandon checks it all out.... It wasn't the THERMOSTAT IT WAS THE HEATER CORE! So now we have the repair of tbe thermostat and the problem of the heater core, after all done and said. FIRST CLASS !! REPAIRED THE PERFECTLY FINE THERMOSTAT! THEN REPLACED THE HEATER CORE WHICH IS WHAT IT NEEDED!!! SO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE BEST CUSTOMER CARE AND MECHANICS AROUND!!! THEY ARE LOCATED IN CLARKSVILLE... I LIVE IN GOODLETTESVILLE, 50-60 MILES AWAY! IT IS WELL WORTH THE TRIP-!! REST ASSURED!!! YOU WILL SLEEP GREAT BECAUSE YOUR VEHICLE FIXED PROPERLY NOT JUST PARTS THROWN AT IT AND BILLED!!! NO FIRST CLASS IS EXACTLY THAT!!!! They also delivered the car back too Mom's place!!! She is so ever HAPPY!!!! NOW THE PART WE ARE ALL SCARED OF THE BILL!!!!! NOPE NOT AT ALL YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THEN SOME!!! THESE ARE GOOD PEOPLE FIRST, THEN THEY ARE WHAT THEY DO FOR A LIVING!! THEY CARE ❤ THAT'S WHAT COUNTS!! NOT MONEY FLYING OUT OF YOUR POCKET BECAUSE OF SHADY BUSINESSES!! FIRST CLASS IS TRANSPARENT NO HIDDEN FEES OR MARK UPS! JUST GOOD OLE HOME TOWN PEOPLE AND MECHANICS!!! BRANDON AND MR.JOE saw that MOMS CAR received the best service possible! Oh yeah THE BILL... STILL SCARED ?!! FIRST CLASS IS HOW YOU AND YOUR VEHICLE ARE TREATED!! PRICE WAS VERY VERY REASONABLE !! CONSIDER THEY REPAIRED A SHADE TREE MECHANICS DISASTER!!! WITH THAT KUDOS TOO ALL OF FIRST CLASS EMPLOYEES!!! A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TOO MR. JOE AND TOP NOTCH BRANDON!!!!!!! ? ? ✌ ❤, I THANK YOU ALL GREATLY!!!!! I NEED TO GET MY CAR UP FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! SCHEDULED ME IN BRANDON!! Y'all have a Great Day!!!!!
