Always professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly they take extra care to make sure the parts being replaced really NEED to be replaced! You never have to worry about them taking advantage of you wife, daughter, sister or friend; you can rely on their honesty and integrity; you will never be overcharged or have any unnecessary work done simply because they think ‘she’ does not know any better.
These guys will take you back and show you what needs to be repaired/replaced and even dumb it down if need be. You are always given the option to buy your own parts elsewhere; new or used... or if it’s more convenient then you can trust them to get it for you... Your choice.
Lastly, their customer service is A+! It’s all about even the smallest of details like the warm & welcoming family-like atmosphere and caring owners/staff that are willing to go that extra mile... I was once in a pinch and these guys picked me up and dropped me off which helped make a bad situation (a broken vehicle) a bit more bearable.

Won't go anywhere else.
I have been taking my vehicles here since I moved this way and am never disappointed. They are friendly fast and well priced. They are honest about what can be fixed and what cannot or may not be worth it. I recommend them to anyone.

Very impressed with mechanics
This place has technical mechanics that know what they are doing.I was referred from a couple freinds.Most shops i have been couldnt figure out my car ,they figured it out in short time and there prices was awesome.They even asked if i wanted to get the parts myself and come back.My friends and I will be back.

A repair shop that stands behind their word.
1997 Ford Taurus..
The shop replaced a rear engine seal that should have been a suggested replacement part when Aamco dropped my engine. Aamco didn't suggest it and it leaked a couple of months later. Bill's team replaced the seal and it continued to leak. The seal was replaced a second time and it continued to leak. As this was very frustrating..I started to question the service I was provided. The 3rd time we called Bill and he was not happy that the job was not complete . He promised to find and fix the problem. Bill purchased the part directly from the dealership...fixed the problem and apologized profusely for the inconvenience and constant trips to the shop. This is the difference in good customer service and great customer service. Bill did not make excuses because the 1st and 2nd seals weren't perfect. He did what he had to do to fix the problem so we could drive away feeling safe and Happy. Very satisfied customer! A business that stands behind their word!

low prices and excellent work.
I have followed this guy to 3different locations.He's the best mechanic I've found and will continue to bring my vehicles to him.Hedoes excellant work and prices are very fare
As always, oil change and tire rotation done quickly and for great price; checked my battery and wheel alignment for free; worth the 20 minute drive from Bolingbrook.

Jerry said he was happy with this business' service.
Again they did very good job on my car's maintenance. Fast, reliable, and worry free. This is why I would rather drive longer (after they moved to the new place) but don't want to go to somewere else.
This is a family owned business and they take very good car of my cars and are very affordable. Good mechanics are hard to come by and this shop has the best mechanics i know!
