BEWARE The owner Cecil is a THIEF!!!
THE OWNER IS A THIEF!! made a HUGE MISTAKE by bringing my vehicle to this place!!!! I did not decide to use his services, and he Parker my vehicle across the street. The transmission was out. I have been overcome with stress, I just moved here for a job, my husband is in the military and overseas, and my Mom is not doing well. The owner Cecil told me a few weeks later "it's ok here, don't worry" he offered me 800.00 for a vehicle I recently paid 8500. for. When another person was interested in buying my car he got angry. Now! He will not give me my car back. He has the keys, and registration. He even went as far as to try to get my TITLE IN HIS NAME. in an attempt to steal my car!!! The NC DMV theft department confirmed this with me and denied him. He is a con artist who clearly takes advantage of people when they are going through something. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO FIRE HOUSE AUTO in Cary NC!!!!

Gifted Mechanics with Kind Hearts
I needed something done urgently this past Thursday night. Closer mechanics were closed and I called one of the few who were still open. I spoke to a gentleman who, despite the fact that I was 30 minutes away and they were 40 minutes from closing, not only didn’t try to put me off but actually encouraged me to stop in to see what they could do. I came in and he fixed it within minutes and couldnt have possibly charged something more fair. Honestly can’t say enough good things about them. They! Are! Awesome!

You be the judge
Brought in car for fuel pump. Cecil's diagnostics said fuel pump and ABS sensors. I said replace fuel pump. Picked up car next day. Good Friday. A miracle. Parts were overnighted. He replaced abs sensors and fuel pump. 2 local garages confirmed to me work was never done. called cecil, he said to bring car in. I did. He whispered . I need your credit card. Issued a refund. No explanation. No apology. No reason.

Quoted prices different from prices at pick up and additional charge w/o approval
Initially, I contacted the station during the week to get a quote to perform brake service (replacement of rotors and brake pads on both axles and brake fluid flush). Since I had all the parts, the gentleman quoted $220 to replace the rotors and brake pads and additional $40 to flush the brake fluid. Upon dropping off the car for repair he gave me an estimate of $282. However, at the pick up the cost increased to $357 dollars due to him forgetting to add the brake fluid flush service and it was performed w/o them contacting me to get an approval on additional charges. Other than that, the service was done within 4 hours and everything seems to be working properly.

I am more than pleased with the great service at Fire House Auto Repair. I have used the dealership in the past and this is by far the best. The waiting area is comfortable. The staff are courteous and take the time to estimate cost and time needed to make the repair. They are the only auto repair I will ever use.
