One of Findlay's service advisors, Travis Z, has recently been of special help. Due to a scheduling issue, getting service for a 4-wheel alignment was going to take longer than we had anticipated. On the spot, Travis arranged for us to take a 2022/2023 Hyundai Sonata while our car awaited and received the wheel alignment service. Use of the Sonata saved our day. We had several places we needed to be, including a long-scheduled medical appointment, and were able to deal with all our needs that day. Later we returned to Findlay Hyundai to pick up our car.
