Brake issue
After having rear brakes work and more, the brakes squeaked. I brought the car back and the store took care of the issue with no questions. I appreciate the way the store handles business. Brandon always takes care of our vehicles!

Extremely satisfied
Other than the amount of time you kept my vehicle, which most people would not allow. I was extremely satisfied, and the price was extremely reasonable. I have already been recommending you to other people.

Unauthorized work done
I specifically told Mike who claimed to be a partner that I could do brake work myself. He assumed when I authorized suspension work that I included brakes. This mistake on his part cost me over 500.00 - they replaced rotors that were not even bad and gave me no parts back even though I requested them. He offered me not even an apology for his mistake. I will never go back.

Worried Woman gets Worry Free Service
Brandon & Mike Where so Nice, Professional, Gave One on One information about future Up Keep for My Car & Great Customer Service. Being a widow Woman & Having a Range Rover (that's hard to get service) I was nervous; but they both made me feel Relax & Secured with their Services & Affordable Prices. I called on Friday to make an appointment for the following Wednesday. I took my car there the night before so that I didn’t have to be there at 8:00 Wednesday morning. When I made the appointment I was told it would be done that day. When it got to be an hour before they closed, I called to ask if it was done yet. He had to check and came back and said it was missed and it was being pulled in now. I asked if it would be done before they closed and he said I hope so and so did I. They didn’t call me before they closed so I got a ride there to see what was going on. I was told that the guy left, so it should be done by 9:30 in the morning. At 11:00 I called. He said it was done. I will never go there again! Very disappointed.

A/C repair
The staff was very helpful getting the A/C working on my car. They were thoughtful to only replace what was needed and generally cared and tried to keep the bill as low as possible.
