I bought a 14 F250 at a great price.

I shopped around for a van for quite a while finally settling on one at Faith's. I live a couple hours away so did alot of online communication. Everyone I spoke to was great, communication was great. The vehicle I purchasing was a certified vehicle with only 4k miles on it. I decided to make the drive to check out the van. Upon arrival I was met by Chris who had no personality at all and seemed like he would rather be doing something else. I checked out the vehicle and asked several times if it came with 2 keys being a certified vehicle and I was repeatedly told " im not sure, ill look...this happened at least 4 times....while in finance Randy did my paperwork, talked me into an extended warranty but didnt seem to know what he was selling me and deliberately put made up dates on my contract. Once I signed my paperwork Chris was in the hall waiting and handed me my 1 key and said sorry, only 1 key. I asked about another key and he told me to go have one made. Once home I reread my contract and found other errors and contacted Faiths, Shannon was great throughout the communications and repeatedly told me she had asked Chris to reach out about reimbursement for the 2nd key I had made and for Randy to call me about the errors. No one ever called me back. I called Toyota myself and was informed that due to the wrong dates and mistakes made on my extended warranty application they denied the warranty. I was able to answer thier questions and they approved it with me on the phone. My van has other issues but with the service I recieved after the sale I will never return to Faith's and can not recommend them to anyone. Randy needs more training on the products he sells and seems to be a dishonest individual purposely falsifying contracts. 1 star from me!
