Then when she did find the key she lied and said the key was broke which it wasn't. Then kicked me out in the cold said that I could not wait on there property for another tow truck to come tow my vehicle back to my home. After bing caught in in all her lying she didnt want to service my car nor let me use there tow services.so and then she called security and lied on me . she is Theresa at the 3655 Galley Rd 80909. I literally just been spending money on getting my vehicle towed back and forth. Oh I forgot to mention how I ended up at the location because I was at home just getting off work. And thersa called me and told me that she located my keys but they were broke. Says she found them outside in the snow. It's Not even that much snow outside. Mind you the tow truck driver said more than once. I quote "he left the keys with the gal at the front desk". So anyhow Theresa told me that she will not do any work on my vehicle unless I come in and inspect the key and the vehicle. I paid my neighbor to drive me there.
