Not 100% customer service
Brought the car into to get fix thru Allstate - Second time at this body shop.
However, after having the car for (2) weeks we pick-it up and the door handle is now broken - The locking area of the door lock. Wasn't giving to them in this condition. They say it was old and the mounting screw is stripped. Funny that this happens when they have the vehicle and now them won't stand behind it - Saying they didn't brake it. and them never used that area - However didn't give them the remote so they had to lock it and that's how they broke it. They don't stand behind their responsible taking care of your vehicle - I will go elsewhere from now on!

Terry said it took longer than he expected and the rental experience didn't go smoothly. There was a 1 day delay due to a problem with a part. The communication could have been better because they didn't call him when his vehicle was ready.

He mentioned that he was not informed during the repair process due to the fact that they knew that he was not in Washington at the time.

John said this business really did a fantastic job. Everyone he dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. His vehicle was a day late due to additional damage found. However, it was not a big deal. He is a repeat customer and he didn't mind going to this facility again.

He provides superior customer service and is way up at the top. The treatment was top notch and they provide the best quality of work. This is a superb business to work with.

Horrible. Don't go.
Paint was everywhere. On the seats and on other body panels. Got my rear gate painted and it was very messy. The cleanup overall was dirty also.
