Interstate travels woes
I was traveling from Knoxville to Wilmington for a medical family emergency, and my A3 started acting up... south of Winston Salem. Sent out some messages and was told to have her towed to Everything Euro. Great decision.. I ended up renting a car for the week to continue on my trip and before I made my destination a couple hours later, I got the message that the fuel pump had decided to go out... with 377k miles on the clock, I think I got my service out of it! I was able to make the destination and return back home on Sunday, my car was waiting with the key in the lock box! Folks, those of us with Euro vehicles understand these things take time, shops get backed up, parts take longer to arrive when ordered... it's literally part of the everyday process of being hooked on these vehicles! The crew from Everything Euro was on point from the start, Ayrin and Mia knew my daughter was in the hospital with pregnancy issues and that I was rushing to get to her and did everything they could to make sure my A3 didn't add more stress! Amani did fantastic with his diag info and images, actually never had a diagnosis that indepth, impressed! I am grateful for the prompt repair and top notch service, if you're in the mid-state area and need service for your Euro...Take it these guys!! 😎🏁
