Overprice, dishonest and spiteful
Overpriced labor and overpriced parts very disappointing, I took my car in for a misfire and it took them over 11 hours to replace one coil pack, They were $60 more expensive than the dealership for the same job and they refuse to honor their own coupon code, stating that it was for labor only, but the email says any service over $200.

New update I pop the hood on my car after a few day to find my hood strut busted and leaking, so I won’t hold up my hood anymore, it was fine before I took the car into the shop and my PCV valve filter was disconnected and just rattling around in the engine bay. Seems like the did this on purpose since I declined a repair.

Exceptional Services from Beginning to End!!!!
Most Honest and Trustworthy Auto Repair Business from Las Vegas to California. I recently moved to Vegas from California and was looking for a business for work that I needed done on my 2004 S500 Mercedes Benz. My car has only a little over 115,000 miles on it and I keep it in top condition. This place has exceeded my hopes and expectations. Amanda received my phone call and was very upbeat and professional. Often times the first contact can be an unwelcoming experience but not with Amanda. She carefully listened and answered all of my questions and concerns. She scheduled me to come in the following day. I was immediately impressed by their waiting area where they had comfortable and clean couches, a big screen television, internet access along with free coffee, biscottis and candy. Shelina received me right on time and we reviewed the work order to be implemented. Shelina gave me a quote which I found to be extremely reasonable. She provided me with a ride to my house by a hired in house employee who transports you to and from your destination in a very comfortable and clean van driven by Charlie who is very welcoming, engaging and professional. So often with other car repair business you are waiting and calling for updates which can be very frustrating . But not with Europeon Motor Cars. They have a system where you can check on updates through a live link that is either sent to your phone or your email. It really allows you to stay current with all updates including services completed, pending and cost. Upon picking up my car I was surprised to know that the cost was less than originally indicated due to the inspection prior to the work being done showed that they only needed to clean a part rather than replace it which they did for free. I am truly grateful for the experience from the beginning to the end. This indeed will be the only business I will be committed to in the future for all of my car care repair needs.Thank You Shelina, I am truly grateful!!!

$1600 for an alternator!! Stop, thief!!!!!!
for my wife’s Audi TT. i called Audi parts and my price (general public) was $675. so they get a better price than that and want to charge $1200+ for 2 hrs labor??? Larceny!
pushy upsell and overpriced repairs. go to EMC if you have money you want to part with unnecessarily. so sad that people who know nothing about cars get taken by these criminals every day.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!
Went in for my auto AC to be fixed and charged me $201.49 for diagnosis. I received a call from a lady name Shelina the following day and said they need an additional diagnosis for $ 275.00. And I asked Shelina if they can diagnose it this time and she said " I don't know", and I asked, " Does it mean I may need an additional diagnosis and another $275 again ?" She said "maybe". I declined the additional diagnosis because I don't know if they will ask for more money (additional diagnosis).

Coolant on Audi A6
I would like to say that I spent $1200 for EMC to repair a water pump on my Audi A6 only to have it back in their shop 7 days later. Then they wanted to charge me for something else to repair. I will not recommend this company at all.

Not happy with the service
First time in this shop after oil change on the way home my engine light came on,I check the oil and was low one quart,I called and they offered me a free oil change on the next visit,on the next visit to Vegas I did the service and oil change,after that I noticed that my gas pedal was broken,I called and they did nothing not even a call back

Service!!!!
My BMW Z4 started to buck and stall, with all of the trouble lights coming on intermittently and then shutting off and replaced by another trouble light. Individual systems were also shutting down, power steering, radio, information resulting in the car eventually stalling. The intermittent problem made it extremely tough to find and troubleshoot. EMC stuck with the problem, working on the car for 3 weeks, supplied me with a great loaner vehicle and only charged me for the part that was replaced and the labor associated with that part! Shelina is absolutely wonderful to work with as was Eric and the mechanic who performed the majority of the work. I have used EMC for 14 years on 3 different vehicles and have always been very happy with their work and the level of service provided. And this latest experience just reinforces why I will remain a satisfied customer! Thanks EMC! You folks are great!
