A group of friends was going to a car show in Ocean City, MD. We started talking about how great it would be to open a shop and not have to work for someone else anymore. This dream became a reality as soon as we started actively looking for a place. Just few months later, and we had found our first location. This dream became a reality as soon as we started actively looking for a place. Just few months later, and we had found our first location. At first, we opened the one location and it was great. We thought that it would take us years to outgrow the 5 bay shop from which we operated. Little did we know, only a year later we would be looking for our second location. After opening the second location, it took us six more months to pull the trigger on location number three. Now 3.5 years later, we opened a 4th location in Atlanta. What started as one adviser and one tech, quickly turned into a crew of 22 techs, advisers, and staff. The name EUROFED Automotive came from one of our friends that has passed away in a car accident in 2016. We were in the car discussing what name we would name our shop if we ever opened an automotive shop. At that point Yohannes replied why don’t we call it EUROFED Automotive because we have been fed (i.e. brainwashed) to have all this love for European cars.

All of our buildings are main road store fronts. We are known in the automotive industry for our cleanliness and overall professionalism. I would have to say that our shop has the cleanest floors in the industry. We are a close group of friends. Most of our days are so predictable. We all arrive at the same time and we all take lunch at the same time. The funny part is that everyday we pick a person who will pick up the food for the rest of the crew. Most of the days we end up staying after work because this is not work for us. It’s more of a hobby. Not only do we work well together, but most of our 22-member staff on the payroll hangs with us / together outside of work hours. At EUROFED Automotive, we believe that every customer should be treated like family. We have the most loyal customers in the business. The reason we have grown so fast over the years is because our customers recommend us so much that our biggest advertisement is word-of-mouth. We put our best foot forward, greet you with our warmest smile, and always get the job done right the first time!

We have one of the best warranties in the business. We also guarantee that we have the best prices, and we’ll beat any written estimate. Each one of our multiple locations, make receive our quality import services easier. Financing options are made available on all repairs. Our garage doors are also open on Saturdays to accommodate customers who can’t get to our shop during the week. We have four state-of-the-art facilities in our multiple locations–Snellville West, Snellville East, Duluth, Atlanta. We’ll double the dealership’s warranty ensuring that we’re the best option for all European auto services. Our techs use the same quality of tools, equipment, and advanced technology, if not better. We’re not done expanding either! At this time, we’re looking to open other shops throughout the southeast states.

Manager Became Unhinged
There is definitely something wrong at the Eurofed Atlanta location. The Manager came unhinged when I asked about the proposed repairs, and then called me "you people". I can only assume he meant well educated and successful people who want to understand the repairs being proposed before spending their hard earned money. Bottom line, these guys guess at the problem and then double the price with each attempt to make the repairs. My suggestion is to ask Justin Farrar tough questions, listen closely, and observe how he responds.

Poor Service Evaulation
After Mercedes of Buckhead quoted a $1,200 out of pocket cost for a failing rear differential on my 2018 Mercdes-Benz GLA 2504 Matic, my extended warranty company (Endurance Warranty) highly recommnded Eurofed; one of their in network service providers. I called them up, explained the mechanical issue, and made an appointment to have vehicle inspected and serviced; inclusive of a $200 diaganostic fee that wouldve been applied towards repair. I dropped vehicle off early in the morning and by the afternoon, I received a text message advising that the diagnostic was completed with several service recommendations amounting to over $3000; none of which addressed the failing rear differential that Mercedes of Buckhead discovered. When I reiterated the issue, I was told that the service technician didnt hear or see anything and was told that the noise I was hearing was from my license plate which they tightened and my employee badge on the rear view mirror. I opposed that and reiterated that the issue was already discovered by Mercedes but I brought my vehicle to them at the recommendation of my Warranty company to save on out of pocket cost. They opted to due an extended road test and reported that they heard what may be the bearing. When I asked them to further investigate so that a claim could be filed with warranty company they declined and minimized the issue back to it being my license plate/badge. When I picked up vehicle, I asked to speak with the service advisor who admitted to hearing a faint noise but downplayed it as nothing major. I paid for the diagnostic and took my vehicle back to Mercedesof Buckhead. An inspector form my auto warranty company was sent out who verfied that the noise was indeed the rear differential failing which cost about $7000 to repair. Repair was approved and extended warranty covered everything except the diffrence in OOP cost for labor. Initailly I was appreciative of Endurance Auto Warranty referring Eurofed but ended up dissappointed with overall service. I reported it to my Extended Warranty company and advised thatthey should be removed for porr service evaluation becuase clearly they knew something was wrong but didnt want me to use my auto warranty to cover it. Im not sure, just sucks that I had to pay over $200 OOP to them and they didnt want to really address the failing rear differential that was apparent.

Nefertiti said this business's customer service was good but she feels like she has a little issue. She is unsure if the warranty did not cover most of the repair. She asked if the timing belt was broken or just whatever goes in top of the timing belt. If it was the timing belt then it would be covered under her warranty She had to take her vehicle back to them because one hour after she left the facility the engine light came on. She did not have her vehicle for a week end before she had more problems. Her vehicle started to lose power. It was her fuel pump. She was told by an employee at this business that they seen that coming and she wanted to know why they gave her back her vehicle when it is coved under her warranty. They told her of other maintenance that will be needed in the next few months. The employee said he tried to ask about the fuel pump and did not get an reply about it so he did not mention it to her. She asked them if the repairs they made would get her vehicle back running and they told her yes. It is fixed now.
