I purchased my new vehicle recently. Jacob Thielke was my sales person and he did an extremely job. He was knowledgeable, helpful and went out of his way to make my experience excellent. I love the new car. I highly recommend this dealership and Jacob.

6 months for a warranty fix!
I have been waiting for 6 months for a thermostat fix for my newly purchased 2021 Hyundai elantra... There has been absolutely no communication or even empathy from the service department. It is going to be summer soo and I can't keep driving around with my heat on high to keep my car from over heating! Every time I call, I get the run around. I even made an appointment and came in after 3 months as I had heard nothing. But I was told with much derision, that I shouldn't have bothered they couldn't help me and they won't be calling with updates... I just want my car fixed. This has seriously dampened my joy at my purchase of this car. The sales associates are wonderful! However their service team leaves the whole business hanging with their lack luster attitude towards warranty work and customer service.

Lousy, expensive, no use
Look I took my SUV into them to get the TPMS light on my dash board fixed they said they did but the light popped on at the fifty my mark, this cost me $346.00 and six hours, then I went to a regular car repair shop they told me it was three sensors two body and one network. Don't go to these people the only thing they work is you're wallet, they will look at you like you are there personal ATM machine.

The service was a free factory service to fix a sensor in the vehicle. Scheduling was easy and they were accurate with the window of time on the service.

Employees were great!
The website was hard to schedule service. The people were super nice. Shuttle driver was super friendly and I had no wait. Bummed I didn’t get my car washed like last time. Everything else was great.

My tubing to my turbo and my wiring harness had been munched on by rodents. Service was able to salvage the existing tubing to reattach it. And after David showed me the spots of bare wire on my wiring harness suggested an easy fix. Now I have power back and am a happy customer.

Sheppard gives outstanding service
I had to wait 2.5 months for my EV battery replacement. Bobby did his utmost to make the wait seem less annoying. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and-- most importantly-- honest.
