E.S.P. Auto Inc. is owned and operated by Kevin Hayes, Christopher LaPlante and Daniel Hayes and was first opened in June of 1993.

Chris and Kevin had a long history of working with Edward Stanley Plaza (who inspired our initials, E.S.P.) at what was then known as the Northampton St. Garage.

Chris and Kevin have been working in the E.S.P. Auto Inc. is owned and operated by Kevin Hayes, Christopher LaPlante and Daniel Hayes and was first opened in June of 1993.

Chris and Kevin had a long history of working with Edward Stanley Plaza (who inspired our initials, E.S.P.) at what was then known as the Northampton St. Garage.

Chris and Kevin have been working in the automotive industry here at E.S.P. for a combined total of more than 50 years. Dan is an alumnus of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and has a deep background in business management.

All of our technicians at E.S.P. Auto are ASE-certified and are mentored to continue to stay up to date through workshops, professional development, training, seminars and subscription to trade journals. ...more

Flexible, virtuous, & professional service at ESP
Had the front end axle break on my 2009 Toyota Tacoma truck. Towed it to ESP after hours! They have a safe secure way to have AAA drivers drop of vehicles after hours. Called in am to say truck was in a bay and they would call once they knew what was up. Got a call by noon and parts were ordered. Truck’s front end axle and master cylinder were both fixed by Friday afternoon. Couldn’t get out to pick it up before closing, but no problem. All professional and well communicated work.
