John--
We were sorry to hear that you were frustrated and unhappy with us. We believe the crux of the issue seems to simplely be a misunderstanding. Although your car was "pre-diagnosed", we rely on diagnosing or determining the source of the problem ourselves. When we checked your vehicle, we found the issue with cylinders 2 and 6. It seems that when we were talking to you about cylinders 2 and 6, you believed they were in the rear of the engine, in fact, they are at the front of the engine. We were talking about the source of the problem, the cylinders in the front, and you thought we meant ones in the back, and consequently, you felt we were being misleading and deceitful. When there is confusion in an explanation, we always welcome the opportunity to explain or clarify. We work very hard to communicate clearly, and we pride ourselves on our fairness and integrity as a shop. As you know, after we saw this review, we reached out to you with the clarification, and you appeared to be satisfied. Thank you for your understanding.

ESP told me they pulled the number 2&6 spark plugs. Just to get at those spark plugs half the engine has to removed. It’s a big Joni had my doubts that.actually happened. So asked the service manager repeatedly did you actually do this he couldn’t give me a straight answer
They told me that they would replace both 2&6coils for little over 500hundred dollars
So for esp not telling me the truth. Payed them 59dollars for doing nothing. I’m glad I took my car back they would have said they installed the two coils Judging from there latest preformace I would have wasted over 500 dollars and no work auctually preformed
