STAY AWAY
They moves and took my car with the did not bother to let me know they were moving so I could decide if I wanted to o something else with my BMW, they wanted to charge me for a diagnosis but couldn't tell the results from that diagnosis. sincerely you STAY AWAY from here

It's so unfortuate Norma that you can't tell the truth.  The entire statement is false!  We did inform you last September that we were moving.  We paid to have your vehicle towed to the new facility.  Also we did give you a full description of the diagnostic.  YOU CHOSE TO NOT GO ANY FURTHER!  We never charged you any storage fees.  Any other repair facilty would have charged you for having your vehicle for over a year!  You complained about having to even pay for the diagnostic so we didnt even CHARGE YOU ANYTHING! So you received a free diagnostic, plus a free tow, plus no storage fees!  You would not even communicate with us after multiple attempts to talk with you.  BMW vehicle are very expensive to repair.  Your anger towards us because of your lack of communication is unfortunate.  We explained to you multiple times about the diagnostic, well when you would somewhat resond.  We even asked you to come to the shop so that we could talk and I could show you what was going on with the diagnostic.  You refused.

Had major battery issues that caused a short.
Ernie did a very good job at finding the root cause and stayed in contact as well. He made sure to call and double check before doing anything so as not to replace things without checking. Very much appreciated to get my truck back.

Fast and friendly service!
Our main vehicle for our business unexpectedly had a few issues pop up and crippled us for a couple of days. Ernie was very understanding and, amazingly, fit us in. Their communication was excellent and got us back up and running before we even expected! We will definitely be using them in the future!

Sometimes strange electrical problems can relate back to something as simple as a bad fuse. Since many circuits are protected by multiple fuses, todays vehicles can do odd things. Always remember to check all the basics before in depth diagnostics.
