We took our Toyota Highlander in for routine maintenance and it was done in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Bill Erickson is very friendly and trustworthy. The bill came in under the quote. The work is also guaranteed for two years. I recommend Erickson's Automotive to anyone!

Old-school integrity, invaluable know-how!
It’s a very rare occurrence when one brings one’s car into a repair shop, fully expecting the worst, only to have the owner of the shop suggest the most simple of options before condemning the engine. Lo, and behold, the trial worked, eliminating my darkest fear of having to replace my motor.

Thank you for the kind review Kip!  Even a quality oil filter can sometimes have a check valve leak causing engine rattle on start up. Glad that all it needed was an oil change with a new premium grade filter.

Always Trustworthy
While the news wasn't good (my 21-year-old Sable is wearing out) I always appreciate the honesty, care, and service at Erickson's Automotive. I refuse to have my car serviced anywhere else.
