I was in an accident and my car was towed here. I was hit in the back right tire causing a problem with my strut. They replaced the strut and placed a used door on the car. The window would not go up and down. This started a 2 month process of trying to get the window fixed. They tried changing the motor, changing the switch and when that didn't work, they sent it to another auto shop. None of the things they tried worked and after 2 months I finally took possession of the car with the broken window. I immediately noticed a problem with a rattle coming from the back right side. I took the car back and they said they didn't hear anything. I ended up taking the car to the dealer. It was determined that the window didn't go up and down because Elite used the wrong switch, and the rattle was from the incorrect nuts being used on the strut, it was repaired incorrectly. Whatever you do, do not use this place!!!!!!
