Amazing Service
I was suprised how easy the service went and that is cost 2/3rd's less than my dealer. It took 2 hours, the same as the dealer. Unlike my dealer they offered me an Uber or Lyft ride to go to have breakfast while I waited. It was easy to schedule my appointment. The service manager personally made sure the maintenance went smoothly.

Excellence is their middle name
Per usual, Mike and team provided friendly, helpful service. I dropped my car off in the morning and was offered Lyft transportation home. I opted for the exercise and walked home. Later, Mike called with the info on the services needed and the cost... cabin filter, front tires with alignment, and oil change, all in with labor at a price so reasonable I couldn't believe it! When I mentioned that I had a meeting and needed to leave by 6pm, Mike said he would do everything possible to have the car ready we'll before. At 5:20, I was on my way to pick up the car! I'm a faithful customer because they are the best around!!

Super fast, friendly, thorough service
I have been taking my car to Electric Avenue for 4 years now and will be a lifelong customer. This time, I brought in my 2018 Prius C for control arm replacement and an emergency tire fix. Mike and team, who are super friendly and knowledgeable, scheduled me for the next day and completed the work quickly. Per usual, they gave me a call after looking at the vehicle to confirm all the work to be done and the cost, and offered to replace the filters and change the oil that day if I wanted. They are very thorough in their inspections and always give suggestions for maintenance but never pressure me into accepting. I picked my car up later that day with both repairs completed, the oil changed, the filters replaced, AND the car washed. Thank you, Electric Avenue!

Great!!
Brought the car in because trim was coming loose. On the way over my tire pressure light went on, so I thought "Great, now I need new tires".
They put new clips on the trim, inflated all the tires, topped off fluids, and suggested we bright it in for a usual check when we drive another 1,500 miles. Washed the car too.

BEST of all: NO CHARGE. That has never happed to me at a car repair business! He said we were good customers and he'd see us when we needed the check-up.

Great service
Our entire family uses Electric Avenue for car repairs. They offer high quality work at reasonable prices. and they are so nice to deal with. It's great to have such a trustworthy, reliable place to go right here in the neighborhood.

Replacement of Chevy Volt stator bearing
Quick and competent repair of my 13 year old Chevy Volt. I didn't trust my dealer to do this work on my Volt transmission so I used Electric Avenue instead.
