I can only speak to what I know for fact and see for myself. I know Alan is a warm, pleasant individual. I believe he fixed my car so that it is now safe to drive my kid in. I paid someone last year to do the same and they didn't. This time I believe it is fixed. I am staying in this community so check back with me in a year. I believe I will be still satisfied and grateful. Endangering my child's life is unforgivable and I believe Alan is one hundred percent on board with that as well as all important, good other things.
