Great as always!
I brought my car in late in the day and they brought it in and fixed a tire without a question. Last month I had an urgent situation with a dead alternator and a friend to meet in Boston. They got it done several hours sooner than they had estimated.

Inspection
I called late in the month for an inspection and got an appointment for the following week. No hesitation, no "you should have done this weeks ago", just sure we can do that. As usual, everyone at The Source is friendly, knowledgeable and effecient. These folks know what customer service means.

1st oil change after purchase
Gabe and Noelle are very helpful. Gabe walked out with me to my car when I came to pick it up and gave me helpful information. We discussed winter tires and other curiosities. Noelle told me where the paint number for my car is located on the passenger door. I learn something every time I visit The Source. I appreciate the personal attention to detail and the time given to communication.

We bought our 2017 outback this year and the service work has been excellent. The staff is just as knowledgeable as they said it would be.
We bought our 2017 Outback this past spring from The Source. The car has lived up to the same high quality that the earlier model Subaru we just retired. Gabe and his staff are as knowledgeable and determined to give their customers the best results. The service staff is friendly and very qualified in the work they do. We highly recommend them to anyone and I know their reputation is exemplary.

A Great Experience
I've always heard the The Source was the place with the knowledge of foreign design vehicles, but I was really taken by the kind and courteous interactions I had with the owner and front desk manager. The Source performed the repair I needed and also prevented my next issue when they noticed a coolant leak that was easily addressed by tightening a hose connection. My car was ready to go just a few hours after they opened. I was really pleased today. A big thanks to the whole crew over at The Source!

2012 Audi A3 Diesel
It was easy to get an appointment for my safety inspection. Gabe and his crew were polite and knowledgeable and professional. There was no gouging like you see at the dealerships. There were some exhaust codes that were detected. Because of the complexity of my Diesel, Gabe referred me to another shop that deals with these issues. I recommend The Source Foreign Cars to anyone wanting to keep older German and Japanese cars on the road.
