I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your last visit. We would like to resolve your issue. At the time we could not duplicat your problem, a/c was working, so we can not recommend repair if we see it is working. That being said, we would like another chance to fix your car. We also fixed the problem with you window/door, we out the bolt that fell out back and replaced the other missing bolt no charge. If the window still has a problem there is something else that is a problem. So if you would like to bring it back in we can try to resolve these issues.
