Allen is not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, he is personable and kind. He listens well and seeks to find the reason why your vehicle is not functioning in an optimal level. During my last visit, he knew of the struggles I’ve had with two of my older vehicles. They are necessities for my work and daughter’s job. He actually worked diligently to repair my cars.. I have sent my family to have their vehicles serviced by Allen. Everyone raves about him. His prices for repair are reasonable in lieu of today’s economy. Professional Service
The first time I went to ET I had a problem with my Toyota Corolla headlights and daytime running lights. Alan made an adjustment, resolve the issue, and didn't charge me anything.
I went back to ET when I needed to have my engine mounts replaced. Alan did the job professionally, courteously, on time, and at the quoted price.
I am very happy with the service at ET and we'll go back again.

Horrible service crappy repair do not recommend
This place is so incredibly unprofessional not only were they rude but I paid $300 to get my windshield wipers fixed for them to take an extra ordinary long time and for my windshield wipers to break only a week later horribly I do not recommend please go somewhere else where they value their customers and do quality work

Do not go by google ratings!
I had my car toad over to ET because it was the closest AAA dealer to fix my car. I was worried at first because the reviews on google wasn’t the best but don’t go by that... Just ask for Alan. He will take care of you.

When you go. Ask for Alan. He has helped me figure what’s going on with my car on MULTIPLE MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. He’s very open and honest with his suggestions. Had to replace my engine and was recommended by several coworkers who had their cars worked on there. I spoke to Alan and he gave me three options for my repair. He was truthful and treated me as a longtime customer from my first contact with him. As a matter of fact he saved me over a $1000.00 on the repairs. Needless to say there’s not many shops that do this for a customer. The work was high quality and two small glitches that’s came up were handled immediately at no extra cost. Alan and his crew are the way to go.

Always honest and good work

Honest and very professional
Alan was very honest and kept me updated every step of the repair process. I am From NC and my kids had car trouble in Miami so you can imagine how scared i was Being that they were so far. E T repaired our vehicle and even fixed a broken door handle that we didn’t even think he noticed was broken. The price was very reasonable and the work was exceptional.
