Responsible and honest people. I saved money from I was to pay in other like businesses.
I checked maintenance of my car in a place nearby, but the cost I paid was less by at least $175.00. The care they give to customers is exceptional. Above all else I noticed honesty in their handling with customers. One of the staff by the name Berhane is a very honest and dependable person. God bless him because of him I am a customer to Liberty

Brake pad change service
The service seems fine and no issue with my car after service performed. But I wasn’t happy the fact that I left the car at 8:30 am on Saturday and I was told that I was going to get a call when the car is ready. No body called me and I called myself at 4:30pm and a cashier told me that mechanics are already gone but my car is ready and I can pick it up. The car was ready for several hours but no body notify client and that is not a good look and good customer service. Communication!!!

I told them i wanted Mobile 1 oil and they put different oil without letting me know which is very unprofessional!

It is horrible experience. And zero customer service.
