Mixed bag …
Pros - nice, friendly and doesn’t find things to fix that are not broken.

Cons - returned car to me with warning that tire pressure on all four tires was low, did not find squeaking noise, replaced filters (oil and cabin- now my vent makes a loud noise when on which it didn’t before. Like they used one that wasn’t intended for my vehicle.), they previously replaced all my spark plugs - my idle is too high.

Will not be bringing my car back.

Only place I'll bring my Porsche
Tommy was great. He took his time to research things about my car in addition to just providing information about the immediate problem and took time to explain everything he discovered. They understand how to work on difficult car brands, and high-end cars. Labor prices are standard for a high-end shop. I highly recommend them as they are a shop you can trust.

Great experience at Dublin Auto Care
Tommy was so accommodating when I needed someone to look at my car ASAP. I called and he said bring it over now and I’ll fit you in. He promptly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in a day. Great experience at Dublin Auto Care!

Very Bad Communication
We went in to get the injector harness fixed. I brought the car in early Wednesday and was told I'd get a call by noon. I never got a call so I called Wednesday afternoon and left a message as no one answered. I got no call back. Thursday morning I called again and again no one answered so I left another message. No callback. Friday morning I called again and got a person who didn't seem to know what was going on but said the car was ready for pick up. I never got to approve the work. Plus they did an oil change that was not requested. I've never had service this bad.

Best in the business
This is my second time taking my car over, 2 different BMWS by the way. Tommy and Jason are very knowledgeable with all types of cars. Anyways they figured out was wrong and dived in right away. No problems ever and the prices are fair.

Very expensive repairs
Charged $200 to diagnose why AC is not pumping cold air.
Charged $100 to put a 5 inch electric tape to tie a rat chewed wire.

Less than 2 years ago, they charged more than $900 to diagnose the same AC issue. They ended up replacing the AC condenser.
