Unexpectedly Wonderful Experience
My wife and I recently called Dressels to schedule a timing belt, oil change, brake flush and spark plugs. Not only were they EXTREMELY nice on the phone, professional and provided a family feel, they did the work in a timely manner. Sometimes we feel locally owned can present its own challenges, but absolutely not in this case. Our experience was so good that we will be returning for all of our cars needs. They accidently made a mistake with adding filters when we were going to do that ourselves and they didn’t even hesitate to correct everything-it was SOOOOO nice to deal with humans and not just workers pushing you through the production line. Genuinely cared and you can tell they care about their customers!! Thank you isn’t even enough!!
