Susan and Jeff went out of their way to help us get back on the road when we were broken down in Eureka. I can't say enough good things about how they did what they could do, as quick as they could to get us rolling once again. We were treated like family and I trust them entirely. Ghetto service with rude owners
Really Obnoxious ghetto shop full of trashy cars that just sit there almost all year literally they are a lube tech maybe
I am the old lady who just drives to church but also to San Francisco to catch a flight. So I need a mechanic I can trust. I’ve been with Susan and Vince for years wherever they are. Thorough, honest, patient and open, I follow their recommendations and appreciate their service.
The service was quick and done with care. The whole team was very polite throughout my situation and was very helpful. I was given all options and pricing up front.
Every time I go to Dream Automotive it feels like I'm visiting family yet in a very professional capacity. The staff is very friendly and thorough in everything they do. Everything is explained in great detail and I've never felt like I was being up-sold on anything unnecessary. Keep up the great work!

Professional Courteous Service
The entire crew at Dream Auto are friendly, courteous and professional with the service they provide. It's a real comfort to know you can bring your vehicles to a shop whose people genuinely care about their customers and keeping them safe on the road. I highly recommend them to all in Humboldt County!!!
My wife and i were stick in eureka with shot brakes and Vince and the staff did thier best to make sure we did not have to stay an extra day and pushed it through so we did not have to wait long after checking out of our hotel. Thanks again for Getting us back on the road! Excellent services
I am very pleased with the service I received at Dream Automotive. A shuttle service for my convenience. They addressed all the problems with my vehicle and fixed what I wanted them to. They even washed my vehicle before giving it back. I was very pleased with the individual needs of vehicle being met but was greatly pleased with the over all finish of it.
