I took my car in for a detail. When i picked it up it looked great until i got in the driver's seat. They had torn a 3 inch hole in the driver's seat and apparently thought we were dumb or blind as they didn't advise us of this just gave it back and hope we wouldn't say anything? Really? My service rep when to the video and photo evidence and sure enough there wasn't a rip. I was told they would solve the issue. The service manager never called until i chased her down. She apologized and said they would solve it. I could tell she didn't care at all. Just trying to get me off the phone. its a week later and i'm still waiting to hear from them. I expect more from them and will stay on them until this is handled
