2 different experiences within a couple days with 2 different sales reps.
I’ve met with 2 sales people so far and one is worse than the other. Terry was impatient, disrespectful and wouldn’t listen to the customer. While on the road test, he wouldn’t even engage about the information of the vehicle. Instead he was talking a put liquor. They wanted to charge me $1500 for “premier defense” coating. Just another way to add extra charges. When I asked him to show me documentation proving the $1500 coating was done, he said he can’t prove it and won’t show it. He wouldn’t let me, the customer, talk or ask my questions properly. He got very impatient and started raising his voice and said in an angry tone, “buddy you either want the car or you don’t.”

This is by far the worst and most unprofessional service I’ve experienced at a “professional” dealership so far. If disrespecting customers and running then off is part of the training, then they’re doing an excellent job. I’d rather go anywhere else than even get a free car from this dealership. Mind you I had told him I was going to pay cash for this vehicle. Less headache and less paperwork. Terry, Thanks for showing no respect or patient. It definitely helped me not waste one more moment with you or at the dealership.
