My car was the victim of a catalytic converter robbery, and I suppose, by extension, I was too. I had it towed to Rossi's because they handle all of our maintenance and make sure that our cars are running well. While I have less kind things to say about the insurance company, even though we had a lot of calls back and forth and a lot of uncertainty, about whether or not the insurance company was going to total my car for the transgression of being stolen from, no matter how many times a day I had to call about the issue, Steve, who primarily handled our car, was so patient and kind. He vin etched my catalytic converter, and placed a guard on it, and kept me in the loop the entire time about the progress of the vehicle. It's so nice to have a mechanic shop that you can trust.
