Truck bed not on truck straight
Took my toyota to service, the bed is .25 inch over on drivers side then is on passenger side they took me out to all the new trucks and everyone of them are they way service told me that's the way there making them I can't believe toyota would have set a truck up that way all it is going to do is get rock chips on that side way service talked it's something I got to live with I love the truck but I would not bought it if I had seen it so making me think if next truck will. Be a toyota if I do buy another I will be very cautious

Great team in the service department!
I also have a Lexus ES300h and Lexus service is good. That being said, I feel Don Wood Toyota service department is better. They listen when you call in to make an appointment and they always follow through. All the staff at the check in counter are professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Best service in Athens County
Carl and team are very friendly and easy to work with when getting your vehicle maintenanced or repaired. I don't feel like they try to pressure or oversell - just state the facts of where things are with your vehicle. I've also asked them to check extra things that weren't originally in my appointment and the team was happy to do that.

Issue not resolved
26 hours after taking my wife’s rav4 hybrid in for repairs, the same issue has occurred again (dashboard full of warning lights.) Hoping they can resolve the issue next week. Frustrated but willing to give Don Wood another chance to make things right!
