Service after the sale lacking.
Buying the car was a normal experience. After the sale we tried to schedule our complimentary scheduled maintenance and kept getting the run around saying the didn’t have the staff and it would be a while. After two calls I told them it’s fine just get us on the schedule. They scheduled us for about a month or so later. When my wife takes it up there for our appointment, they tell her the Don Franklin dealership is no longer is there. No call to us as a courtesy to let us know our appointment had been canceled. No respect for our time and effort. We were able to finally get the service completed. I will use them for the complimentary service but depending on how they move forward will determine where I buy my next new car at.
