Service after the sale lacking.
Buying the car was a normal experience. After the sale we tried to schedule our complimentary scheduled maintenance and kept getting the run around saying the didn’t have the staff and it would be a while. After two calls I told them it’s fine just get us on the schedule. They scheduled us for about a month or so later. When my wife takes it up there for our appointment, they tell her the Don Franklin dealership is no longer is there. No call to us as a courtesy to let us know our appointment had been canceled. No respect for our time and effort. We were able to finally get the service completed. I will use them for the complimentary service but depending on how they move forward will determine where I buy my next new car at.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
I was pleased with the service I received, and the waiting area and restroom was clean and comfortable. While waiting for my vehicle, I was able to check out the new vehicles at the dealership. I will definitely return there for service and when I am ready to purchase another Hyundai vehicle.

Great service
I returned my vehicle for a recall and the entire process was easy and smooth. From the appointment for the service to the finish it was very simple. The estimated time for the fix was accurate, the waiting area was clean and the employees with whom I had contact were courteous and did a couple of quick setting changes for me. Overall a great experience’

Hyundai Sonata
I came out from eating one evening to see a young man looking through my drivers side window. Upon noticing me he apologized explaining he loved the look of my Sonata. Further stating he has admired the Hyundai. He asked me questions about the Sonata which I answered recommending Old Don Franklin of Nicholasville. He thanked me and told me had a beautiful car. Smiling I agreed.
