Worst service I've ever experienced
So I had an appointment with Don Franklin Hyundai in Lexington KY where I was to have my cv axle replaced. I had had the passenger side replaced prior and told them in advance my riverside needed to be checked as it was making noise also. They changed the passenger side not the driver side. Went in for my service for the driver side and mind you they fixed the passenger side in a couple hours. They had my vehicle for for 9 days and on the 9th day they decide to finally start on my vehicle. I called and left voice-mails also text them and asked the status of my vehicle no response till Friday I called and told them I'm coming to pick up my vehicle. Also I asked them to check into getting me a new headlight as my passenger side is getting so much moisture in it. I was told Hyundai allows their vehicles to get moisture inside the light. So they did nothing about that. So currently driving a new vehicle with moisture in the headlights.
