I came in for a deal that had been on Groupon for unlimited alignments within a 6 month period and they said that they were unable to do it due to some scratching on the rims. This scratching had been there for the original alignment that I had gotten at this shop and surface level scratches do not affect the alignment ability, so this situation was completely sketchy, HE DID NOT want to uphold the Groupon agreement because he wouldn’t make any money. I had really high hopes because of some of the positive reviews here but they quickly destroyed that. The man said his name was Joe, he refused to give me a number that I could call for further information or a line for assistance. He called 911 after I asked for his last name and he refused to give me it and told me to get out. The cop came and talked to me and told me that I should find a more reputable place, made it seem like this place is known for that. Really bad experience and I really hope this review helps other people from getting scammed.
