Despite documented dual clutch transmission faults, the dealership has never retained the vehicle for more than a few hours and refuses to perform extended diagnostics. I have been told they will not inspect the transmission unless an active code is present and that they only replace transmissions rather than properly diagnose internal issues.
Both the dealership and Hyundai Motor America have refused to provide a no cost loaner vehicle during diagnosis, even though this involves a safety related defect. I have filed complaints with BBB Auto Line, NHTSA, and the Pennsylvania Attorney General.
I purchased a brand new vehicle and should not be dealing with repeated safety concerns and refusal of proper warranty service.
