After chatting with an agent on line, I showed up to an arranged appointment finding the sales rep unavailable. His manager approached me acting like I came at a bad time. I left unhappy with the price not matching what I'd been quoted in the online chat, only to be called by the original sales agent encouraging me to come back. I wish I hadn't. I was talked into buying a car with a lower price, but (Read The Fine Print, folks!) a significantly lower mileage allowance than what I was quoted. Years later it will cost me thousands in fees. You can bet I won't be going back to "We Believe in Nice."
