The worst organization ever.
Desert oasis work on my vehicle and it was a total bus they purchased parts they didn’t use and charge me , they kept my car six days. It was in worse shape than when I got it back when questioning about the work they had done. They had no answers were not recommend to anyone. Management is a liar mechanics cons, or organization shouldn’t even be in business should be closed down.

I love beamers but it is hard to find a knowledgeable mechanic who you trust.
I found my way to oasis and they did a good job on fixing correctly my nagging fuel line leak. I will return. Hopefully I found my beamer mechanic.

Oil leak fixed!
I love that my advisor has an in-depth knowledge of BMW’s. I do wish that the diagnostic fee be waived if you do the recommended work. I understand why you charge it, but if you do the work, I think it should be waived. It is like this at several service centers. That’s the only reason I scored you a 9 instead of a 10.

Great place great people
I highly recommend this place to take your European car for service. They are professional and do excellent work with great quality. And the price is very reasonable. Not like the car dealership, they could rip you off.

Great place great people.

Great customer service and reliable
This was my second time to bring my car to Desert Oasis European Auto Repair. They were very informative about repairs, timely service, good customer care, and reasonable price. They simply provide information about what my car needs to be done and give reasonable quotes; instead of giving me assertive sales pitch. Very comfortable to recommend to others to bring their cars to this place.

As usual, Desert Oasis has taken great care of myself and my car. Nothing unusual this time, but they always keep me updated on the status of my car. I have absolute trust in them in taking care of issues. In a previous visit, I needed rotors and Bill got them to warranty the previous rotors. Won’t go anywhere else for my car.
